Anatomy of an Illicit Nap - As Told by Leiua

1.  Select your napping spot in a place where you know you are not supposed to be.  Try to look extra cute.

2.  Watch your humans to ensure they are not going to yell at you to move.  Tail wagging helps.

3.  Slide down to a comfortable napping position.

4.  Be sure to keep your guard up a little, so you can make sure you don't get interrupted by anyone.

5.  Don't let other dogs usurp your napping place.  They will try.

6.  Enjoy your nap!  You deserve it!!

7.  When your nap is over, get up and go to bed for a good night's sleep!

I love it. We want dogs but have kids instead right now. :) Thanks for sharing.

Awww...this looks like what my little Beagle is doing right now. Aren't dogs just so sweet?

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! =)

Have a great week~

LOL! Loved this. I want to come back as a dog in my next life.

Having had both, I would say it's easier with just dogs or just kids. Together they are a lot of fun, but a lot of work!

I'm glad you enjoyed this. I want to come back as a dog, too - but only a pampered house dog! LOL

Thank you all for stopping by. BTW - Leiua is short for Hallelujah, just spelled weird. It's also a bit blasphemous when she's in trouble. ;)

With 5 dogs and 5 cats here....I promise naps are honored. Too bad I do not get the same respect.

That is too funny! My girls will at least let me join them for a nap. :)

That is SO funny...and so true! Exactly what my big fat black lab (Belle) loves to do. She thinks she's human.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I saw Belle's photo on RHOK today. She's a doll. My Leiua is snoring soundly on the foot of my bed right now. Even though she is LOUD, she is still a cutie. :)

Love this! Leiua is much friendlier with the camera than mine are! If they see the camera, they head the other way no matter what they're doing.

Thank you. Tillie, the black one, usually runs from the camera. I was very surprised to get a usable photo of her! :)

How come you dont have your site viewable in mobile format? Can not view anything in my netbook.

I am not sure why it's not showing up on your netbook. I use my iPod Touch a lot and can see it perfectly there. I will check on this and try to get it corrected soon. Thanks.

I got the mobile thing working. You should be able to see the blog on your netbook now. :)
